Services
The mission has three parts — the hard task, the self-insight and the advisory relationship, with support and resistance in the same role. It is one delivery, not five services. But the way in is usually a concrete task.
AI as a way of working
We help businesses put the technology to work where it actually works: the setup, the working method, the knowledge capture. What we sell is not AI expertise, but expertise that has adopted AI — the word order is the whole difference. This is how the businesses we ourselves work in are run today, in production. That is the reference.
Honest caveat: the tools are becoming commodities. What lasts is judgment — what to capture, and how a business must be structured for it. That is why this track always ends in the core: self-insight through systems and numbers.
Solutions for what makes you different
Where you are distinctive — and mean to be better and different from the rest — we can build solutions that support exactly that. It applies to the processes that meet no standard: a complicated sales or purchasing process no one has made off-the-shelf software for, or truly understanding what you make your money on. That is where something of your own genuinely beats the standard, because you do something the others do not.
This is to be used with care. Most business processes have more to learn from good standards than from a solution of their own — you are rarely better than others at accounting systems, and there the standard is what to follow. The distinctive belongs as a layer on top, where being different is a real strength and not just a habit.
Numbers that show the business as it really is
Self-insight starts with numbers you can trust: reporting, key figures and scorecards that show what is actually happening — not just what the accounts add up to. We set up the measurement, take the numbers from where they arise and make them verifiable, so that management and board see the same picture and can act on it.
Today such processes usually live in fragile spreadsheets on top of the ERP: project economics, cash flow, consolidation, budget and forecast. They are too big for generic tools and too small for the large system houses. This is the layer every business needs, and where the standards are good we follow them. We build the understanding first, then the structure, then the solution — with open technology and documentation that mean you are never locked in.
Management and advisory
Business insight and management — as our articles of association put it. We take part where the decisions are made: strategic and tactical input to management and board, as a standing sparring partner or in a defined role. Support and resistance belong together — it is the same delivery.
Honest resistance
Devil's advocate, confrontation and support. Strategic models for seeing the matter from several sides — and messages that require trust. This is the part of the delivery that cannot be bought on its own: it grows out of the work.
We are small
We are small — with the strengths and weaknesses of small firms. With broad experience, common sense and the power of AI we take on highly complex tasks, and our capacity has multiplied. But we do not have the strength of the big environments: the ability to put many people to work at once, with human expertise in every specialist field. When that is what is needed, the job should go to the big ones — and we will say so.
One concrete example: general market and competitor analysis. The large consultancies are better there — on method, resources and knowledge. Our strength is a business's insight into itself, not into its market.
